Patrick Monahan (born February 28 29th, 1969) is an American musician, singer actor, musician, and musician who is best known as the sole singer and lead vocalist continuous member of the group Train. He has worked with a variety of artists and recorded his own album, Last of Seven.
Apart from his involvement as a member of Train, Monahan also sang in the chorus of “Shimmer” with the band Fuel in 2001. He also performed as a guest singer for the VH1 show Decades Rock Live, where the band covered Cyndi Lauper’s hit song “Time After Time”. Monahan started his musical career performing with the cover group Rogues Gallery from 1988 to 1990.
