Party crashing is something that is generally frowned upon. After all, it is pretty obnoxious to show up to someone else’s party completely unannounced and uninvited. But as with everything else, there’s always an exception to the rule. How would you feel if one of the biggest celebrities in Hollywood just showed up at your birthday party? That would be an entirely different story wouldn’t it? Yup! Well that’s exactly what happened to an unsuspecting two-year-old girl when Channing Tatum recently showed up to celebrate her birthday with her and her family and friends. Although most people don’t remember their second birthday, she’ll definitely have a story to tell, and so will all the other people whose birthday parties have been ‘crashed’ by some of the brightest stars in the business. Here are 10 celebrities who awesomely crashed birthday parties.

Justin Bieber

Love him or hate him, Justin Bieber is one of the biggest stars in the entertainment industry. Over the course of his career, he’s been able to attract millions of fans, and there are lots of people who would do anything to meet him. However, during his relationship with fellow star, Selena Gomez, there’s no doubt that the two were each other’s biggest fans. Even after the couple split, they remained supportive of each other’s dreams, but not even Gomez could have been prepared to the Biebs to pop up at her 21st birthday celebration. That’s right, Bieber, who was not invited to Gomez’ birthday bash, crashed the event when he showed up out of the blue. According to sources, Gomez cried when she saw Bieber, and the two snuck off to have a private conversation.

Katy Perry

Since releasing her hit single “I Kissed a Girl” in 2008, Katy Perry has become one of the biggest names in the pop industry. However, her racy lyrics and sometimes over-the-top performances and videos, have made her most popular among young adult and adult audiences. With that being said, if there’s anyone who’s wishing that Katy Perry would crash his or her birthday party, it’s probably not a very young kid. But it looks like Perry didn’t get the memo. Last year, Perry showed up to a 5-year-old’s birthday party dressed as a clown character from her then latest video. She probably thought that the group of children would be excited to see a clown, but instead they were all extremely scared. One little party goer even said, “Mommy, I want to go home,” and several others were brought to tears. While most celebrity party crashers are well received, it looks like Perry showing up to the party actually ruined it.

Beyonce and Jay-Z

Beyoncé and Jay-Z are one of the most famous couples in the entire world. In fact, in recent years, it seems like they’ve gotten so famous that they’re on a level of their own. With their increased fame has also come an increase in privacy. Both stars have chosen to keep their lives private, and other than major events, they don’t spend a lot of time making public appearances. As a result, everybody was surprised when the couple popped up to Taylor Swift’s 25th birthday bash and crashed the party. Of course, when these two show up to anybody’s party it’s a big deal, but Beyoncé and Taylor hanging out was an even bigger deal to some. Although the two have never had any issues, some have assumed there might be some bad blood after Kanye snatched the mic from Swift during her acceptance speech only to remind the audience that Beyoncé had one of the best videos of all-time.

Bill Murray

Bill Murray might be the most well-known celebrity party crasher of them all. Over the years, Murray has popped up at a few parties, and it seems like people really love seeing him. Last September, he made yet another unannounced appearance at a birthday party in South Carolina, not far from one of his homes. Apparently, he just showed up out of the blue, and made himself at home. Not only did he enjoy a meal with guests, but he also sat at the head of the table. But Bill wasn’t the type of guy to just eat and run. Instead, he stuck around and danced the night away. He may be in his 60s, but he was definitely able to keep up. Hey, why have the moves like Jagger when you can have the moves like Murray?

Channing Tatum is often considered one of the hottest stars in Hollywood. But when he isn’t melting women’s hearts with his performances, he’s being a great dad who loves hanging out with his daughter. A few months ago, when Tatum was spending the day with his 2-year-old daughter, the two decided to stop by a local play place. However, while they were there, they didn’t realize they stumbled on a birthday party. However, unlike Perry’s surprised kids birthday pop up, this one actually went extremely well. Although the kids probably had no idea who Tatum was, the parents were more than happy to have him stick around and enjoy some cake. Tatum even went as far as to buy the birthday girl a gift, and a good time was had by all.
