Wendy Williams, Kevin Hunter Didnt Attend Court Hearing For Kevin Hunter Jr. As He Pleads Not Gui

Wendy Williams and Kevin Hunter’s son Kevin Hunter Jr. was in court on Tuesday where he pled not guilty on assault charges. Wendy Williams and Kevin Hunter did not attend the court hearing and reportedly waited for their son outside of the courthouse.  TMZ was on the scene and shared video footage from the hearing. According to their reporting, it is believed that Kevin Hunter Jr., will either see the charges against him dismissed or enter a program that if he completes should keep his record clear.

Kevin Hunter Jr.(18) was arrested on May 21, 2019, after getting into a fight with his father, Kevin Hunter Sr. There had been increasing tension between the family as reports circulated that Hunter Sr., had fathered a child with his alleged girlfriend  Sharina Hudson. News of a fight between father and son dominated headlines at the same time it was said Wendy Williams was filing for divorce from her husband of 22 years.

According to the report, the case was continued making it unnecessary for Kevin Hunter Sr. and Wendy Williams to attend in person. Not many people filled the courtroom’s seats as Kevin Hunter Jr., entered his plea.

It has been reported that Kevin Hunter Sr. has no desire to press charges against his son, however, that decision will ultimately be made by the state of New Jersey. The prosecutor wanted more time to review the case and there is a possibility that there will be a plea deal offered or the charges dismissed at the next hearing.
