The Jersey Shore: Family Vacation trailer is teasing fans with two major headline-making storylines.
Jenni “JWoww” Farley and her divorce from Roger Mathews will be featured when the MTV reality shore returns. She shocked fans by filing for divorce last fall, and the fallout will be a pivotal plotline during the upcoming season.
Mathews was hardly mentioned throughout the first season, and now fans know why. In the trailer, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro can be heard talking to JWoww about her impending divorce, while she is simply ready to move forward with her life.

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino will wed his longtime love, Lauren Pesce as his entire Jersey Shore cast members and friends, witness the union. Their wedding plays out immediately following Sorrentino’s legal troubles become a highlight.
The reality TV show will also feature the Jersey Shore cast saying goodbye to The Situation, as he heads off to prison. He began his eight-month prison stint in January. Fans will get to watch all the juicy and scary moments, not only leading to his sentencing but right up until it is time for Sorrentino to face the music.
Another source of drama will be Ortiz-Magro’s relationship troubles with baby mama, Jen Harley. Their volatile relationship will be at the forefront of the season, including Ortiz-Magro showing off an injury he sustained during an argument with Harley.
“We definitely are all going through our own stuff. We’re not kids anymore,” Ortiz-Magro can be heard saying as the camera plays footage of the gang’s current life issues.
It is not all drama, though. Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi welcomed her third child, baby Angelo a few weeks ago. Based on footage from the trailer, fans will have the opportunity to discover precisely how Snooki found out she was pregnant.
The Jersey Shore crew may be grown up, but they still know how to deliver the drunken fights that got viewers hooked years ago. Deena Cortese is back with the gang, which is going to mean some difficulties with Angelina Pivarnick. The latter replaced Cortese during season one of revival, but Cortese replaced Pivarnick during the reality TV show’s original run.
